Our bodies absorb
live plant nutrients far more effectively than products which contain
synthetic and chemical ingredients. Hemptons' body care products
therefore include mostly natural raw ingredients.
Our Body care
products are based on the beneficial properties of Hemp Seed Oil and
Hemp Butter. Hemp Seed Oil help reduce skin discomfort by soothing &
restoring dry skin and increasing the natural moisture retention
capacity.
With regular use,
body care products containing Hemp Seed Oil help slow down the effects
of skin aging and leave the skin smooth, soft and moisturized. In hair
care products, Hemp Seed Oil imparts gloss and manageability to hair,
bringing relief from dry scalp or hair help with damage from blow-dryer
heat, chemical perms, coloring or sunlight.
Although we use as many natural and organic raw materials as possible,
we do not claim our products are 'natural' or 'organic'. We do not
believe in confusing people by using these terms as many companies whos
products are far from natural and/or organic make these claims in the
hope people will buy them.
What we
do however promise, is that our products are made, where possible with
the best natural oils and waxes. Where it is not possible to use a
wholly natural raw material, unchanged by any process, we strive to use
a raw material that will not harm you, your skin or the environment.
Where possible, these are
Ecocert approved raw materials.
What
this means is that we have researched raw materials that will
bio-degrade and are not harmful to you or the environment e.g. our
shampoo's and shower gels biodegrade - it does not pose a harmful threat
to fish or wild life once it is washed off and should it end up in
rivers and/or ground water.
The
same goes for our butters and scrubs .. in fact all our products!
So, use
of products with the knowledge you and yours are safe from harmful
substances - as is mother earth. |
